A kilometre allowance on every rental
Every rental has a kilometre allowance, set by the rate type and by the vehicle category. The allowance is set out in the offer we send you.
Compulsory and comprehensive insurance
Included in every rental. The excess, and the options for reducing it, are set out in the offer we send you - before you commit to anything.
Maintenance and servicing
We maintain and service the car throughout the rental period, without the business having to manage any of it.
What to bring to collection
A valid physical driving licence, and a credit card in the renter's name with available credit for the deposit. The deposit amount is set out in the offer.
The full rental terms are signed at the branch. We are glad to build an offer around how much the business will actually use it - talk to us.

Can a business rent a car for a month?
Yes
The monthly rate is open to businesses and companies exactly as it is to individuals, for one car or for several, and with no multi-year commitment.
You can start with a single month and extend as you need, or settle a longer period in advance. The booking is for a vehicle category, and the model is whatever is in the fleet when you collect.
Do you provide a tax invoice?
Yes
We are a licensed business, and the expense is recorded in the business's books as normal.

Can we add drivers?
Yes
Any driver who meets the age and seniority terms can be registered as an additional driver, including an employee who is a new driver from age 17.
Adding a driver carries a charge, and it is set out in the offer.
When is renting not right for a business?

- When the car is needed for years rather than for a period, and when the business would rather build an asset on its balance sheet - buying or a long lease will suit better there.
A business that drives well beyond the kilometre allowance should also check the arithmetic in advance, because going over it is priced separately.
